At Supreme Camps, we understand that affordability is important for families. That’s why we accept childcare vouchers as part or full payment for our camps! Using childcare vouchers is a fantastic way to save on your booking while ensuring your child enjoys an action-packed camp experience.
How to Pay Using Childcare Vouchers
Paying with childcare vouchers is simple. Follow these steps to complete your booking:
Book online – Complete the booking process and proceed to the payment page.
Close the browser – Once you reach the payment page, do not proceed with payment. Simply close your browser.
Make your payment through your voucher provider – Log in to your childcare voucher scheme and process the payment to Supreme Camps.
Send us confirmation – Email a screenshot of your payment to info@supremesport.co.uk so we can cross-reference it on our system.
Allow processing time – Payments may take 3-5 working days to reach us, so please ensure full payment is made in advance.

Payment Terms & Conditions
Payment must be made in full within 7 days of receiving your invoice.
If your booking starts within 7 days, payment must be made immediately.
Your child’s place is not secured until full payment is received.
Late or missing payments may result in the suspension of your account, preventing future bookings.
If you need to cancel, our usual notice periods apply—please check our terms and conditions.
Since some childcare voucher payments take 4-5 days to process, we recommend making your payment as soon as your booking is confirmed. Use your child’s full name or order number as the reference when making payments.
